Ordering The Autoimmune Brain Panel™

The Autoimmune Brain Panel™ requires a clinician order before we can receive and process any specimen. Moleculera Biosciences can accept clinician test orders from all 50 states in the U.S. and other countries. Practitioners in New York State may order the Autoimmune Brain Panel™ but specimens must be collected at a facility outside the State of New York.

STEPS TO ORDER THE TEST

Prescriber Portal
Register in our secure Prescriber Portal and complete test requisition, along with patient information. (Note: Patient email is required to begin the ordering process.)
Specimen Collection Supplies
Clinicians performing blood collection at their facility may order the supplies through the Prescriber Portal or by calling us at (405) 239-5250.
Specimen Collection
The patient will need to have blood collected at your site or an alternate phlebotomy location. * (Quest Diagnostics is an option. Have the patient contact us at 405-239-5250 to make arrangements.)
Specimen Shipment
The serum sample and the completed patient forms (provided in the specimen collection supplies) must be sent to Moleculera Biosciences overnight (shipping label provided, and shipping costs covered by Moleculera).
* IMPORTANT: Blood must be collected into the two glass red-top tubes provided in the Moleculera collection supplies. Serum must be separated and transferred to the serum transfer tube provided. The red-top glass tubes provided are the only validated tubes for this panel. Testing performed on blood collected in any other tubes may not yield valid results.
